Program & Activities

We deliver character-building experiences and mentorship that allow youth to achieve their full potential in both life and work.

Exploring is a program for young men and women ages 14 (and have completed the eighth grade) through 20 years old. Exploring's purpose is to provide opportunities to see behind the scenes in some of Greater Philadelphia’s most visible businesses and popular careers. Teens work directly with professionals from these high-profile businesses to get hands-on work experience and a head-start on their future careers. Exploring builds a dynamic relationship between teens and the organizations in their communities. The result is a program of activities that helps teens pursue their special interests, grow, and develop.
