Venturing Advancement
Venturing’s award and recognition program provides a flexible pathway for personal development that encourages Venturers to learn, grow, and serve and recognizes high level of achievement. The Sea Scout advancement program allows Sea Scouts to earn four rank advancements: Apprentice, Ordinary, Able, and Quartermaster
A variety of awards are available to Venturers who accomplish specific achievements. These awards include:
- Venturing Bronze Award
- Venturing Gold Award
- Venturing Silver Award
- Venturing Ranger Award
- Sea Scouting Quartermaster Award
- Quest Award
- TRUST Award
- Shooting Sports Outstanding Achievement Award
Venturers can also earn a wide variety of national awards.
