Training Resources

It may be the summer, but successful planning will lead to a successful re-charter this January! More details to follow, but this year there will be stricter requirements for leader-specifictraining in order to be re-chartered (Not just Youth Protection anymore). We owe it to the Youth we serve to be properly trained in our positions, andalmost every training is now available online making it a relatively painless process.

Here are links to all of the courses: http://www.scouting.org/training/adult.aspx

Here is the list of required trainings for each position: http://www.scouting.org/filestore/training/pdf/BasicTrainingCourseRequirements.pdf

And here are the course codes to decipher the requirements:

Take a few minutes at Camp this summer to make sure your parents are trained and re-charter will be a breeze!
