These "Standard Operating Procedures" guide the use of firearms in COL shooting sports activities. Utilize them to safely guide your operation of all shooting ranges. They are available at all Scout camps and shooting ranges for reference.
For groups to have Shooting Sports activities at properties other than Musser or Resica Falls Scout Reservations, the site must be approved for use prior to the activity. These approval procedures have been established by the National Council, and Cradle of Liberty is now working to meet the new standards.
