Recruitment Resources

Boys want to join Cub Scouting because it's fun! Parents like the program because it prepares young people for life—providing their sons with a positive, safe and structured environment that teaches life skills and values.

Coordinated recruitment campaigns bring together best practices and resources from across the council to ensure that every boy who wants to join Cub Scouting has the opportunity to do so. It’s up to Scouting leaders from all levels of the organization to make sure we provide opportunities for youth and families to join this great programThe key is to ask!
