Commission Structure
$0 - $6199 = 30% Commission
$6200 - $9,999 = 35% Commission
$10,000 + = 40% on everything over $10,000
Example:
$12,000 in sales
$10,000 at 35% = $3500
$2,000 at 40% = $800
Total Commission = $4300
Key elements for a successful kickoff
- Create Unit and Scout Sales Goals!!!!
- Utilize Online Sales
- Motivate the Scouts
- Unit incentives (ex. Pie in the face)
- Scout role play (good and bad examples of Show and Sell and Take Order
- Pictures/examples of what the sale earned the unit last year
- Clearly lay out what is expected
