Re:       Scouting Safely Training Award

            As we embark on the centennial year of the Boy Scouts of America, I am especially pleased to announce the establishment of a new Cradle of Liberty Council safely training award.  

            The “Scouting Safely Training Award” recognizes those dedicated individuals who have completed a full suite of safety-related training courses. You can find the link for the application for the award below. Additional forms – as well as information about training courses – will be available on the Council’s Training Website.

Whether you are new to Scouting or have been a long-time volunteer, I encourage you to take advantage of the many safety-related training opportunities available on-line and through Council or District sponsored training sessions, including our Pow Wow Plus on January 16, 2010.
