Scoutreach:     Scoutreach expands Scouting to all youth and shows that Scouting is for everyone:  including disadvantaged and minority youth.  Scouts who live up to the Cub Scout Promise are recognized with the Scoutreach Rewards Program.  This program allows a boy to earn his uniform, badges, camping trips and camping equipment.  All points are earned through three basic categories:  Attendance, Behavior and Cub Scouting.  Currently we have approx 1900 boys enrolled in Scoutreach from our most urban neighborhoods.

Camperships:  The most important activity in a Scout’s year is summer camp.  For that reason, the council each year has earmarked nearly $70,000 to help Scouts pay for camp.  This year we have had such success in camp attendance that we have already granted our allotment of “camperships” and over 200 boys still need funding for camp.

Designate your Contribution Through The United Way:  Recently there has been a large number of requests regarding direct designation through the South Eastern Pennsylvania United Way.  You can designate your contribution to the Boy Scouts through the United Way within the link below.  If you are interested in doing this, the contribution code is 76.  Thank you for your support!                                                                                                              Click Here to Designate
