Shipping & handling on all orders placed by phone, fax, or in-person for shipping to any recipient will be subject to the following shipping & handling charges:

Under the law, shipping & handling fees to destinations within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are subject to sales tax. Therefore, the Valley Forge and Philadelphia Scout Shops will collect 6% state sales tax on shipping & handling fees to destinations within Pennsylvania. For destinations outside of Pennsylvania, sales tax will be collected on shipping & handling fees commensurate with the applicable laws of the destination address.
All orders will be shipped via UPS. Shipping via the U.S. Postal Service is no longer available due to restrictions on package tracking.
